Ingredients (4-6 servings)
- 1 / 2 cup (125 ml) pure maple syrup
- 2 cups (500 ml) cream 15% f.c.
- 2 c. tea (10 ml) cornstarch
- firm fruit cut into small pieces
Method
- In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons tea (10 ml) cream and cornstarch.
- Heat maple syrup over low heat, about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring the remaining cream to a boil and mix with the hot syrup.
- Add the diluted cornstarch and cook on low heat, until thickened.
- Place in a saucepan melt chocolate and serve with fruit.
