Delights of Spring
 

Ingredients (10 to 12 servings)

  • 125 ml (1 / 2 cup) butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) flour
  • 60 ml (1 / 4 cup) maple sugar
  • 2.5 ml (1 / 2 tsp) nutmeg

Method

  1. Mix ingredients and place in a greased mold 23 x 23 cm (9x 9 ").
  2. Bake 10 minutes at 150°C (300°F)

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (1 / 2 cup) softened butter
  • 60 ml (1 / 4 cup) flour
  • 125 ml (1 / 2 cup) maple sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) maple syrup
  • 125 ml (1 / 2 cup) chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over first mixture.
  2. Bake at 160°C (325°F) for about 40 minutes.
  3. Cool and cut into squares.
